WhoopWhoop again for a great result guys! So happy to hear the good news. Life has been very busy with a new baby in the family. Jamie, Rei and baby Jayden-Rei moved into their own house just over a week ago, I miss them so much and so does Korie. However they are only three blocks away! This makes for a rather quiet household. Korie went eel fishing for a fundraiser for the west highland pipe band today and caught a couple of eels, he had a great time. I'm so excited for you all with the new baby coming, what a sweet blessing he will be, keep well and hugs to the whole family from the Morrisons xox
Just thought I'd drop in to say hello. Counting up the weeks I'll be down your way again when you have the next new arrival. I'm flying down on Dec 18th to have Christmas in the 'Naki. Good news about Rory's MRI. Looking forward to catching up with you again.
We are all thinking of you. All the best with the tests.
Howdy! By crikey you fit alot into your lives!!! I get exhausted just reading your updates! Thats awful about your nose Rory, I hope it heals quickly!
The kids in our house got all dressed up for Halloween tonight. Usually we go trick or treating to some pre organised homes, but this year we decided to stay home and have them come to us so we decorated the front of our house with a big spider and I made a ghoulish figure that stood beside the front door out of an old vacume cleaner pipe a mop, black sheet, mask and wig. I thought it looked pretty cool. We bought a green light up skull too. We had quite a few trick or treaters come by, even some teenagers not in fancy dress! So I made them do some tricks for their treats!! Kody went off with his mate Devin and his family for about an hour and when they came home they decided that ours was the house with the best treats!!
Last weekend we headed up north to Kaitaia. Staying with some good friends. We spent some time on Saturday at Lake Ngatu, the boys all had a ride on a jetski, Brian had a go on a biscuit behind the jetski, its was all good until he came off and couldnt get back on!!! And I struggled to fit into my pre children wetsuit! It only too me about half an hour of struggling, laughing and huffing and puffing....STUPID HIPS!!! But with a little heaving help from my friend (who had to drag herself off the floor laughing at me!) We managed to get me into it! Only to go over to the lake and not even touch the water!! On Sunday we went to Tokerau Beach (I still never made it into the water!) The weather was gorgeous!
The kids all enjoyed playing around in the water.
Well I guess you might be into countdown mode for the arrival of your Baby!!! Kathryns Grandson is super cute and cuddly! ...made me have a bit of a cry when I held him for the first time!
The boys had their DPS Show day on Friday. Kody got 1st for his calender art and Ben achieved a 3rd place for sand saucer and a merit for his vase. Made me very proud. There was a breakaway calf in the Grand Parade which had a ripple effect on the other animals. Was very funny to watch but the kids seemed to get in under control quickly!
I will be giving you a call sometime this week re the November catch up too. So now I will hit the sack. Take care Lots of Love from the Johnstons xxxxx
hi Sam, been a while since we've been in touch, hope you are well and like your new school. We had fun at Mahia over the hols, built a mean-as hut on the beach, which got busted down by a quad bike rider and then burnt, some people get jealous I reckon. We went fishing, and I caught heaps of sharks!! Hope all is well with you and the family.
I have been checking out your website we now have the internet, I hope you are doing well and looking forward to having a new baby brother or sister, take Care

Woops just realised we missed your birthday Leigh, so a Happy late birthday to you, we hope your day was filled with specialness. Well we have been up to the hospital to visit Jamie and her new baby tonight and he is so lovely, just like a brand new kitten heehee. Korie thinks Jayden-Rei is awsome and loves to hold him and stare at him. Rory you and Sam must be a bit excited for when your little brother arrives! It was funny this morning at school, when Kories mates heard that he was an uncle they were patting him on the back and calling him Uncle Korie, it was like they were congratulating him! Well I hope you are all keeping well and enjoying being back at school, the last few days have been crazy busy and I much crawl into bed, goodnight Gardeners xox from the Morrisons
Hi Leigh, Sean, Sam, Rory and The Bump,
Hope all is going well and the boys are settled back at school. I clearly remember the feeling of first days back after a term break but then I should after all those years teaching and it was only 5 years ago since stopping to enter into my life in HELL.
Rebecca and I had a great win on The Edge radio competition finding Emma who was "Lost in a Box" for three weeks. Rebacca is visiting her friend in Perth as a 21st present from us so she now can have a spend up and I will put my half away and visit Sarah (our 25 year old) in London and my sister in France next year.
Pop in and see us when you have a chance to collect a bag of money,
Keeping you in our thoughts,
