Hi Rory,
Term 3 back at school and already into week 3.  Plenty going on, here, school challenges, cross country, trips all coming up.  The building is looking even better now, we have windows.  They poured the concrete ramp today. Mr Stringer has been guarding it from 'little hands' :)
Thinking of you all - be strong. love and best wishes.
Rosie

Well hello there Gardiners, our computer is up and running again, turns out that it had a lose cable in the back, doh!  What can I say during this time but that you are all in our thoughts every day and prayers every night.  Korie needed a blood test this morning and when his eyes watered during the needle part I couldn't help but think of the many times Rory has had to endure endless poking and proding over the last few months.  Korie is having the day off today and is sitting in the sun playing with some fake blood (from my vampire outing last weekend) he has just informed me that someone shot his hand and it is covered in fake but very real looking blood!  Ahhh, boys and gorssness, what would one be without the other?!  Gordon and I bumped into Grannie and Sam in Whangarei on Saturday, Sam was very quick to recognise me and we stopped to chat.  Take care, love, hugs and wellness to you all xox Kathryn and Korie

Hello,  My heart goes out to you. Know that all of our love and support is always around you.  Brenda is like a secret squirrel!!
Brian and I (and Kathryn and Gordon!) are all suffering from some self inflicted drearyness today! I had planned to start cooking up a storm today however I might just put that off till tomorrow!!  Kathryn and I discovered lastnight that we are WAY to old for nightclubbing, we left 'DANGER DANGER' in shock and disgust.  They never asked us for any ID!!! and along with some other events going on inside it was all a bit too much for us!  Kathryns computer is on the blink so you may not hear from her today.
I have to go and pick up the kids now so take care, and I hope the Tui is singing its special tune for you today.
Love and hugs form us xxxxx

I read your posts every few days with a mix of joy and sadness, and appreciate being able to rejoice with you in the triumphs and to lift you up in spirit in the battles.
Don't ever give up on hope - the three greatest gifts we have been given are faith, hope and love.  Though faith may be too much at the moment, and your love will never end, hope is the one thing which will keep you going, all the way through.  Kia kaha, kia toa.  I pray that you will continue to have the strength to see you through each day.

Hi guys. Am still following your progress and am pleased with your good news from the MRI and wanted to share that my cousin Amanda had leukemia when we were 11 and was very ill. She fought hard like you guys and now is a doctor aged 43 and living and working in New Plymouth. So be positive and know you have so much love and support helping you win your battle too. Leigh your updates and diary entries are amazing. If you have some silicon bands for sale my kids would love to buy some so maybe i'll ring Dargaville and sort out how to get some.
Positive thoughts from us. Julie and boys

Well hello to you all,  How blimmin fantastic to have no sign of any tumours left!! I bet that was a good high to find that out!  I hope you all get a better nights sleep tonight.  No hijinks to report from our house tonight.  Kody and Ben will play soccer tomorrow, and they all get to stay the night at Nana and Poppas tomorrow.  The grown ups here have a night out...just in normal clothes!! Today Kodys Poppa fell off a roof!!...he is okay but the silly thing is its the second time it has happened this year!!  He fell off a barn roof in January and broke both wrists, this time managed to come out unscathed.  He has been roofing all of his working life and apart from this year has never fallen off one!!  I dont think he should push his luck anymore!!
Sleep well, rest well and enjoy the sound of the beautiful Tui outside. xxxxxxx
