Hey there dudes!  Sorry your not feeling too good Rory we are all thinking of you lots and sending our good warm healing thoughts your way.  I bet Mum and Dad are starting to look a bit haggered too!  Thank goodness Dad is nice and tall so he could hold up the stem cell package!! (does he come with wheels like the hospital stands??)
Thisafternoon Kody went along to Keas again, we diddnt take Ben or Stella they stayed at home with Nana and this was the one week they needed a extra person (Ben would have been very handy!!) so a parent had to step in.  They did the special Kea March around the hall had a very fun game of sticks and a ball that they had to play one on one, were only allowed to hit the ball with the sticks and try to get it in a goal.  It was very funny to watch and got all the kids nice and warm.  They then paired off into four groups and rotated around different activities.  They had to try and pick up lollies with chopsticks!!(chopstick challenge) build a tower (like a jenga blocks tower) with coloured matchsticks(stick tower), throw a ball into different sized baskets (tennis ball throwing) and skittles(bean bag bowling). All the kids enjoyed it.  This morning we decided to walk to school Kody and Ben took off running and I ran to catch up, they thought it was a bit of a game so ran faster!!! Once I managed to barge past them (huffing and puffing!) Ben started to cry and complain about sore feet!!!!!! (he just diddnt like his Mum, pushing a pram winning!!)
Your class is getting ready for a trip to the Kauri Museum in Matakohe on Thursday, I am going along as a parent help. Thank goodness there is not enough room on the bus for adults so we get to travel by car!! (not so good on Buses)  Will keep you informed on how that goes!!
Well I hope you get to go to the RMcD  house for a while.  I bet you are pretty sick of the hospital room.  Got any photos of Mum and Dad in their gowns and masks?? Take care and sleep well.  Lots of love from The Johnston Family xxxxxx

Hi Rory, I'm sorry you are feeling so sick with the treatments you're having. You are so brave, and have every right to feel annoyed with it all. It will be a great help to your body to have kept up the exercise while you were home, it's awesome that your Mum, Dad, Sam, and you all keep having these amazing outdoor adventures even when the going is tough. Caid thinks you are great and is even a bit shy of you because you're so cool! We are sending you all the help we can gather in our thoughts. Jeni, Trev, Caid, Lily, Ethan and Jacob Gorrie.

Hi Leigh, this is your cousin Juliet here. I've been reading your blog since it started. Thank you for keeping us updated with your daily diary. It's such a brave and  great thing to do. It certainly reminds me to be more in the moment with my own children (ruby 4, charlotte 2) and to love every detail of their lives. I wish you, Rory and the rest of your family and friend all the courage and faith you need to see this through to the end...love and hugs Juliet
