Hi Rory, just wanted to say that we heard what you're going through and are truely moved by your courage and bravery.  An inspiration of hope and joy travels a long way - right the way round the world in fact.  We're sending out thoughts of love and good health from London everyday - and feel sure they'll find you.  We all care for you and wish you a full return to health - where the heart goes, the body follows.
Lots of love, Nic x
