Gender reveal

Sam and Caitlyn decided to find out the gender of their baby, and last night they shared their news with us. They brought cupcakes for dessert which had a coloured filling. Sean, Rory, Colt and I dug into the cupcakes simultaneously for the lovely reveal. Sam and Caitlyn are going to quietly share the news with their wider whanau and friends this week.

Thursdays have become quieter for Rory as mentor Peter has flown away again until Easter. Without Peter Rory’s participation at NP Men’s Shed is not possible. When Peter returns we will have to discuss whether Rory can still attend with declining ability. There are some safety concerns as there is limited room to manoeuvre and a lot of machinery. It will be a shame if he cannot participate as he loves the company of the other men and working with wood. We have been progressing the house modifications with a visit from OT Dianne and Builder Paul. Rory has had his 16 week testosterone injection.
